Regulations on Anti Plagiarism
- Plagiarism is considered by the JSSAHERM as an act of intellectual and academic dishonesty and shall, under no circumstances, be accepted or tolerated. It applies to all works carried out by students in connection with their programme of study where the student represents or intends to represent the work carried out by another person as his own work, whether intentionally or by inadvertence.
- The JSSAHERM reserves the right to use, or not to use, any appropriate tools and techniques for determining the extent of plagiarism on any work submitted by a student and to refer any student suspected of committing plagiarism to the relevant disciplinary committees for taking appropriate actions.
- It is the responsibility of the student, to ensure that all work(s) which is/are not of his own is/are properly acknowledged and referenced in the work submitted.
